The Virtual Work Integrated Learning in Engineering Project developed, tested and established an approach for non-placement engagement with engineering practice for engineering students (ecm.uwa.edu.au/vwil). Learning modules involve authentic tasks, virtual sites, simulations and/or electronic interaction with engineers. Learning modules, results of testing, and next steps will be presented.
