Presenters: Carol Miles (The University of Newcastle, Australia) and Keith Foggett (The University of Newcastle, Australia)

This webinar addresses aspects of traditional forms of assessment that are particularly susceptible to contract cheating in both face-to-face and online environments. It is argued that these traditional assessment formats are neither valid nor reliable as measures of achievement of workplace-focused learning outcomes. A number of alternative forms of assessment will be suggested.
