7 September 2022: Poor feedback and what we can do about it
Presenter: Pauline Ross (University of Sydney, Australia)
Student and staff dissatisfaction with feedback is common across the sector nationally and internationally. This webinar started by covering the well-known issues of poor feedback, i.e. lack of timeliness and opportunity to act on feedback. The session then explored three case studies where students and staff indicated a high level of satisfaction with the quality feedback that had been provided that improved learning outcomes.
